A recent survey of communications professionals found that they’re “more likely to have a favorable view of agencies and colleagues who incorporate AI into their work.”

The survey, conducted by Axios and Seven Letter, showed that only 23% of professionals had a worsened view of a firm upon learning their services or products were AI-enhanced. (It made no difference to 44%, while 32% said it improved their view of the firm.)
Similarly, only 20% held a negative viewpoint of colleagues “supplementing their work with generative AI content,” with 25% having an improved viewpoint.
“This signals that AI-supported work might not be as taboo as it was just one year ago,” writes Axios’ Eleanor Hawkins.
