The Magazine Manager seamlessly integrates with the following applications so you can make the most of your software.
Publishing teams rarely run on one tool. Ad sales lives in the CRM, the books live in accounting, payments run through a gateway, pages are built in InDesign and campaigns go out through an email platform. Every hand-off between them is a chance for an order, a payment or an invoice to be re-typed — and re-typed wrong. These integrations connect The Magazine Manager to the applications your team already uses so orders, contacts, payments and billing move between them automatically.

What publishers ask before connecting The Magazine Manager to the rest of their stack.
The Magazine Manager integrates with QuickBooks, Sage, Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Billing raised in the CRM is pushed through to the ledger — the QuickBooks connection uses the QuickBooks Web Connector to send transactions from your CRM into QuickBooks — so your finance team closes the month in the system they already use instead of re-keying invoices.
Through whichever gateway you already hold a merchant account with: Stripe, CardConnect, Authorize.net or Plug’NPay. Payments are processed directly through your CRM against the invoice they belong to, including credit card and ACH via Stripe, so the payment and the record it settles never drift apart.
Yes, and it is a two-way sync. Order data is pushed and pulled between Google Ad Manager and the CRM, and billing is reconciled against real-time digital ad impressions — so what you invoice for a digital campaign matches what actually delivered, without a spreadsheet in the middle.
No. Meetings and calls scheduled in the CRM sync automatically to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar events can be viewed, created and managed inside Magazine Manager, and a Google Chrome extension lets a rep read and add notes to a record from Gmail and copy emails and attachments straight into the CRM.
Tell us what it is. This page lists the applications with a supported, in-product integration today, and the list has grown steadily — Stripe, Google Chrome, AdCellerant and Google Ad Manager were all added after launch. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether a connection exists, is planned, or would need to be built.
Bring the tools you already run — your accounting package, your gateway, your ad server — and we will walk through exactly how each one connects to The Magazine Manager and what stops being typed twice.
