For B2B sales and marketing professionals, the top three use-cases for generative AI are creating recurring customers, automating documentation, and automating marketing, according to new research from Bain & Company.
And almost 4 out of every 10 are using generative AI for a single purpose or two, but “few are fully committing,” with only 11% deploying gen AI for more than two use cases.

“High-growth firms are getting the most from generative AI,” writes Bain & Company’s Jamie Cleghorn and Jens Friis Hjortegaard. “Companies with high revenue growth deployed multiple use cases about 2X more often than laggards … and about twice as many companies gained cost savings of more than 10%.”
